Cebo Iberian Ham Shoulder (Paleta) By Montaraz

Paleta de Jamón de Cebo de Campo Ibérico is the least expensive option to enjoy an authentic Iberian ham. It is the most commercialized ham and sometimes difficult to find.

The ham is at least 50% Iberian breed, typical of the peninsula and unique in the world. The meat is the most tender and it typically comes from the front limb of the pig. With a traditional preparation, it is cured for 18 months.
