    Sliced Boiled Octopus with Boiled Potatoes, Sweet Paprika, Coarse Salt and Virgin Olive Oil.

  • Ensalada Mediterranea

    Mediterranean Salad with Spring Mix, Spanish Bonito Tuna, Tomatoes, Cucumbers and Roasted Peppers.

  • Tortilla Española Tradicional

    Sour Potatoes, Sweet Onions and Egg Mixture.

    $30 ea

  • Paella Valenciana

    Bone-In, Free-Range Chicken, Vegetables and Saffron Rice. (Rabbit can be added)

  • Paella de Mariscos

    Calamari, Large Shrimps, Large Fresh Scallops, Mussels and Clams with Vegetables and Saffron Rice.

  • Paella de Pescado y Calamar en su Tinta

    Corvina, Calamari, Cuttlefish and Clams with Vegetables and Calamari Ink.

  • Paella Vegetariana

    Combination of Market Fresh Vegetables and Saffron Rice.

  • Tarta de Santiago

    Ground almonds, sugar, and eggs for a quick, moist cake (and gluten free!).

    Sponge Cake with Egg Yolk, Cream, Truffle and Syrup.

    Traditional Egg Custard with Milk, Sugar and Pure Vanilla.

All Catering Services

On-Site Chef: $100 per hour, 3 hours minimum.

Chef will cook the Paella on site and accommodate the buffet to your liking.

For events over 50 people, extra staff will be added at a $60 per hour rate.

20% will be required upon agreement.

Final guest count is needed 3 days before the event.

My name is Chef Jorge Luis Fernandez and I am a restauranteur from Madrid, Spain. I have been running my catering business,, since 1989. Over the past 30 years, with the support of my wife, Cintya, we have opened successful and notable restaurants all over South Florida, including La Barraca in Plantation, FL and Hollywood, FL and The Spaniard Tapas Bar and Café in Boca Raton, FL.
