To help bring attention to issues of climate change and the overuse of pesticides in agriculture, both of which threaten the world’s bee population, the producers of Nobleza del Sur chose the bee to represent their early harvest organic DAY extra virgin olive oil.

This fruity and herbaceous oil has notes of banana and apple peel, giving it a fresh and slight bitter taste and a moderately spicy finish.
